Youve made the solution to strong and then sprayed it on the plant whilst its under the lights,i don't recall telling you to use vinegar,just weak soap and water solution was all you needed and a couple of dishes of sugar syrup to control the parents.
Clean the leaves as you were advised,never spray vinegar on them use dishes of sugary syrup or fly strips to control the parents.
The advice you were given by me was sound you just didn't do as you were advised

man do yourself a favor and skip the dish soap if at all possible. if you get nats again or pretty much any bug get some neem oil. its cheap, all natural, and can be found on e-bay. you dont have to worry with washing it off like soap and you can use it up till like 2 weeks from harvest.
just water your plants like you normally do then spray them with the oil. get the under side of the leaves really good. with neem oil you can even spray a light coat on the dirt to discourage the nats or whatever from diggin in the first place. neem oil as no ill effects on the roots system as long as you go nutts with it. good luck, hope she turns the corner for ya
