Need some recommendations...best way to grow a pound every month or two

Damn...any tips? Seeing some awesome yields from veteran growers and looking for some tips...whats a good minimum number of plants? I'd plan on having a mother of sorts to clone.

best way to grow a pound or two a month is to start small and get the basics down, then work your way up. basic tips will get you nowhere. good luck

agreed.. its not an over night thing.... look in the search "harvest a pound every 3 weeks".... theres a thread on here called that... that will help... but like he said... get used to it first... it would suk to have a potential pound go to waste from unexperience(not sayin u r)

to get a huge yeild i guess, they have to be in the ground (thats where most monsters are planted), and just becoming a vetran grower.

I'm just learning all this stuff, I'd imagine you'd have to have plants vegging and flowering for awhile to get them nice and large. Like, lets say it takes 90 days total, you'd have to have 12 plants going to harvest one a month. If you can get 1lb from each, they'd have to be pretty big! Otherwise, smaller plants...like 4 for a lb (? I have no clue)...so that'd be 48 plants going at all times?

thats not true... if he was saying "monster plants" then yes, ground is better or a big container like 5 gallon+... but he said pound a mnth, not pound a plant... u dont need big plants to get big crops.... by training ur plants and maximizing ur space alone can make a huge difference then jus growing plants... i have 7 plants that r bout 18 inches high in 3gal pots(i think, i know they much smaller then 5gal)... im lookin at 12-16 ozs, maybe more, only time will tell... oh if u want that much weed a mnth or so.. u defenatly need to have a plan... and its gotta be a perpetual grow.... and a hydro system will yeild more then dirt and will be easier and less heat then bringin in bag pon bag of dirt....

yup i would take 2 foot tall, topped, supercropped and lst plants over a 5 foot plant.

so how much room do you have to do this and how much money? you will need a cloning chamber, veg chamber and flowering chamber. this is minimum. i would have more than one flowering chamber if i was you. because you are going to need to have multiple stages of flowering plants constantly. smell control is gonna be no joke also, plus the lights and everything else. gonna be a costly set-up to do right and a very planned out process.

i too would much rather the trained plant of 100 3 gram nugs over a monster with 4 20g colas, plus bottem nugs, even canopy yo!!!! and yes, hes gonna need some gear... a light mover i would sugest as well for ur flower room.. cheeper then another light

To grow a pound every 2 months is simple! Now look this is the cheapest ways and its not very hard! I grow for quantity over quality so dont think your going to get a pound of dark crystaly purple lol excpect some brick weed! First get your mother plant and cut 12 clones (must be sativa) then get a t12 shop light or any florecent shop light will work. Then veg for 3 and half weeks then flower for a month and three days then cut them all down hang them upside down and let them dry for 10 days when done drying dont not trim!!! Just pull off all leaves and buds from the stock including fan leaves! Then compact it all of it together with a garbage compresser and you got a little more then a pound of some brick to smoke away! And its better then that mexican brick trust me!
