that's EASILY remedied...
aright, checked

here's your next tackle
you water line pops out the pump

cause it can happen, were all lazy
first, second and third time you secure the line
but after so many time, i know everyone leaves it so its easily removed

see....

i knew SoG wouldnt like all the complexity

changing pumps and all that shit becomes tedious and annoying.

especially since all SoG wants to do is get some shit flowering

by the way, you can buy some drippers and make your own SoG, waterfarm isnt totally necessary....but i do know you :p

just some guy
Does anyone else besides me think that drip systems clog too easily with nutrient salts?

I considered drip and coco, but opted for flood/drain because of the clogged up dripper thing.

with flood and drain, the only real problem that I find is pump failure, BUT, I have never had a pump failure.

a hose can slip off of a pump, but that is easily remedied with a simple stainless steel hose clamp.

Ultimately, nothing is failsafe, everything requires some attention at one point or another, and sometimes the simple things (ie: hoseclamps) make all the difference.

planning is everything, leave no stone unturned.

On the coco front, I'm very curious about this, it seems almost too good to be true.. water it every other day? really? that's awesome, and something I will probe further into.

I'm using the stocking and the layer of hyrodton
to keep the coco from running and cloaging the lines
the main media will be canna coco

i was thinking to go with individual smart post
so they are easily moved around with out space or tub constrains
the most important reason is, avoiding one pump running a whole table
a friend just lost a whole table of clones in a flood table
went for a weeks vacation, pump line popped out
the whole table almost a total lost

this setup can also be connected together later to a controller with a float
for a continues watering setup

one thing I'm still debating is,
the water farm (2 gallon growing chamber)
or the powergrower eco (3 gallon growing chamber)

yea sounds good. the coco moms wont take too much caring for... just dont let it dry out, and dont run plain water threw it.

Hey guys I just wanted to let you all in on a great deal, my friend bought one of those stealth hydroponic kits which they do work great but pricy if you ask me. Because of the results that my friend had from his new kit using the SOG method I wanted to grow this way as well, so I went to my local gardening store and found that there is this local guy that builds pretty much the exact same system the only thing I did not receive was the nutrients, ph test kit, and power strips. Now he only sells his kit for $150.00 which isn’t bad. The main reason why I recommend this guy is that I always had contact with him. His policy is to answer any questions you might have within 24 hours. (It never really took him that long though.) He allowed me to customize my box, I did not want the six 4” net pots that come with the Stealth, and I only wanted two 6” net pots. He told me that he would work me up a quote, and within 3 hours I new the price of my box. He did inform that he did not have any 6 inch net pots and that he would have to order them, this is the best part he ordered the net pots for me and gave me the tracking number so I could see the status of the parts that he needed to finish my box at all times. At first I thought that this guy wasn’t real at all because who gives you this information, most companies just tell you that your shipment is delayed to back ordering. Anyways I knew when he received the net pots by checking the tracking number that was provided and he received them like around 10 or 11 o’clock and within 2 hours of him receiving the net pots I had an email with my tracking number for my box. I received my box everything works great, doing some tests of my own to find my best growing method i.e. SOG or just let them fully mature. This is the best experience that I have ever had with ordering online now he only accepts payments through PayPal and the way that I originally got ahold of him is through his companies email at [email protected]. Happy Growing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I almost forgot do not tell him why you want his system if you do HE WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU
if you actually read the thread youll see SOG build his own system like many of us have. if your trying to sell your buddys grow setups maybe try the classified section or craigslist.

its so awesome these people wanna save money on this and that and cut corners and shit well thats all cool if you build it yourself we built everything ourself from the flood an drain tray tables to a reflector for our t5s in the mother room even down to the whole room if you do it your self you can do stuff a lil different and make it exactly the way you want it

ooh yea, it will eventually get strapped

its a 50 gallon, and just remember to let air out when filling up
I'm still wondering this phenomena, i forgot to uncork it recently
i looked at it about half way up it looked like its gonna tip over
i take a closer look, its swelling on the back like a balloon pushing it away from the wall :o
once i released the air our it went back to its original sturdy shape
i was sure it will crack open
weird
