yeah def 2 per plant thats how i have mine.. i use 23w n 42w cflsyour gonna need like 30 23+ cfls rigged up somehow. i think you need atleast 2 per plant
Have u ever seen one of these? its a cfl indoor soft white flood light 23watt =75watt puts out 1250 lumens
I use a twin 250watt cfl reflector for the first week of veg, beats all other lights hands down, and i mean ALL. I move on to Hps then...What does everyone think the best size cfl and how many would be the best to use on 10 plants with low energy use?just wondering what everyone thinks!

damn dat looks good and this was done with 3 cfls?can't tell you the best cause haven't tried them all, but don't overlook the 26w GE/Walmart special
$13 for 6 bulbs or so, but these are kickass little bulbs, 2700k so best for flowering
they list 1750 initial lumens for 67.3 lumens/watt, that's real good compared to most cfl's
for evidence, this was flowered under 78w(3 26w) of GE cfl's, with a lot of reflector
man that was a great grow i just read the whole threadit was, 3 home depot 26w 5500k for veg, GE's for flower, here's link to grow log
