My grow rom temp avgs. about 82-85 degrees, the plant seems to be doing well but I just wanted some other opinions if this is too warm or if It is ok?
That is at the high end. ideally you want mid to upper 70's for daytime temp and low 70's for night time. But different strains like different temps. If your plants are growing well then it sounds like low to mid 80's is o.k. for your plants. Some say that higher temps can cause a decrease in potency. I haven't done the research myself so ???My grow rom temp avgs. about 82-85 degrees, the plant seems to be doing well but I just wanted some other opinions if this is too warm or if It is ok?
Thanks for the reply, ya the plants doing ok now so hopefully it will keep doing well. My plants are in a side part of my closet thats abot 3x5x5. I have a sheet blocking it off from the rest of my closet so there is no easy way I can vent it off. I am also using cfl so that helps keep the temp down but I would like to try and get it down a couple more degrees. That is at the high end. ideally you want mid to upper 70's for daytime temp and low 70's for night time. Ya I do have a fan.need a fan man...
Totally agree. A fan is essential to keep air moving especially if you have no way to vent. In mid to late flowering the buds will become susceptible to mold and rot issues if the humidity is too high or the air stagnant.need a fan man...
Good. The smaller the area the more problems you get with air quality and such.Ya I do have a fan.
