if you break the glass covering the incandecent light bulb and remove it,the light intencity is like a 1000 watt hps,because all the power is lost by the glass covering the 100 watt lights.the light companies dont want you to know this because of,well we know the answer to that.just make sure when your screwing the glass less light bulb in that your standing in water,they say that you can then really see the room light up.

i can see it on the news tommorrow. Young teen found dead in his parents tool shed this morning. there was 1 pot plant and various cultivation equipment where nearby. apparently some evil marijuana growing drug lords gave him directions to electrocute himself and he did. and then they would bad mouth potheads for 1 guy being an idiot
