back when i used to do alot of lsd i found that the curtains never truly sat still that lasted for a couple of years but went when i stopped taking lsd so often i never had a true flash back tho.

to the op i wouldnt worry about taking lsd its very similar to mushrooms i'd even say that mushrooms would be more likely to fuck you up only slightly tho.
get yourself somewhere your comfortable with good freinds,
get some good chilled out happy music (death metal or depressing music isnt advisable) get a decent que set up as putting new stuff on while peaking is a bit hard
if you can do it outside a nice BIG fire is by far and away the best thing to do
stay away from anyone who isnt tripping for the duration (i wouldnt advise a straight sitter better off having someone who's tripped before to join you)
take a bong if you got one it can be easier than skining up
relax and enjoy the ride you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it before by the end of the night ;)

man i realy want to trip now been a long time since i blew away me cobwebs what i wouldnt give for my own bottle right now :(

Lsd taken in large quantities can be like playing Russian roulette. If you are mentally immature or you just take too much then schizophrenia is likely and I know from experience. As a youngster (16-25) my close knit group of friends, which totalled 7, and I, caned every drug known to man to the extreme. We grew up in an area where mushrooms grow in abundance for 6 -8 weeks of every year and we went on picking/camping trips for up to a month at a time. Anyway, acid abuse sent two of my friends into mental institutions and one hanging from a tree with a noose round his neck. Now dont get me wrong, these guys may have had a time bomb ticking in their brains which would have eventually gone off without any drug. The extreme use of acid ( by which I mean dropping dozens of micro dots/flints/tabs) most weekends didnt help. My friend was only 21 when he hung himself while tripping, we were all camping in the woods and he started to freak out and went for a walk. We didnt find him until the next afternoon and when we did he was dead. He had hung himself from a tree using bind a twine (plastic rope used for bales of starw and hay). We all felt shit for letting him go, but thats how he dealt with things and eventually we had to accept he had wandered off many times without us and come back.

On the flip side, I have had the most amazing experiences of my life on acid and have never had a bad trip.

I'm a skeptic of pure drug induced psychosis. Prior mental instability IMO is completely needed. Not to say there isn't a chance, but there's always a chance. :-)

Just trips you out. The first time I took it was a friday night in the back off my mates car, all 4 off us took and I was stonned out my box too. half hour past and started kicking in lol, was jokes. I thought my mate ears was headphones and was trying to pull his ears off so im told lol. I was fuked all night and ended up driving around 500miles off our heads lol, looked like a couple of aliens.. was jokes. Didn't have a good night sleep for days lol.

Its like any drug, try it once to know weather your body can handle it or not, trips are either good or bad. It can mess you up good and proper though. Take it 4 times your classed as insane.

Man acid is the shit i go on 3 day acid binges and never had a problem its the best drug out there in my opinion but it definitely is not for every body, you got to have a strong mind set seen a couple of freinds freak out on it but after it they came down it was all good
I love it its such a spiritual feeling specially when you are in a festival and on acid for like 3 days strait your mind is totally expended usally when i come down from it man i feel so good about life

Dont get me wrong i do believe if you have a tendency of being a schizophrenic the acid might bring all that out but that it cause it i dont belive in that acid is great
