Is this a rare bushy plant?

this plant is 23 days old and it has been 10 inchs away from fluorescent tubes but not stretch. It is really possible to have so many branches and foliage on a 4 inch tall plant?

hmm i not sure i seen one that bushy at that height, however there are 100,000s of new strains that dwarf like that. its a great lookin plant though hope someone tell us what that is? please help ppl!!!

pretty plants... if you need someone to properly dispose of them I am certified. I think it would be best for the scientific community if you just sent them to me so I can further examine them.
