Ultrasonic Water Fogger

With all of the digging Ive done, Ive never seen a fogger grow that actually finished.

Keep at least 20 metres of separation between your plants and LEDs. LEDs are of no use whatsoever in growing cannabis.
Most ultrasonic foggers have a tendency to accumulate nutrient salts on the vibrating piezoelectric diaphragm. This will cause them to fail. However, I have heard recently of piezo foggers with teflon coated diaphragms. Sounds like these would have a better chance of success in an aeroponic arrangement.
Bear in mind that new growers should avoid complex watering systems. Flood & drain is the surest way to success for noobs.

I suspect those foggers produce a fog of distilled water minus your nutrients. If I was to make a Fence post or PVC pipe "aeroponic" system I would just use drip emitters and let the solution drip down the roots and run along the bottom of the pipe. Capillary action will keep all the roots damp. Those more active systems sound like a jet engine and aren't going to produce better results. Spraying roots really isn't necessary as physics will spread the moisture for you.
Of course if you live in an upstairs apartment screwing around with any system that can evacuate dozens of gallons of water on the floor is not a good idea. That's why I like DWC.

Ummm Rick, i dont wish to go into any theological discussions, but water cannot be distilled without a distilation action.
that is water must be turned to vapor and allowed to condense over a separate container. and if im remembering my science correctly U sonic foggers dont actually use heat to create the fog.
if i remember correctly the ultrasonic vibrations at correct frequencies induce what they call cavitation, the heat is only a byproduct of the vibration caused by friction. anything thats water soluble and not killed by minute heat is carried to the roots
and yes a 60psi water pump can be a bit noisy, and yes plants can very readily absorbe water in various amount, but the purpose of the aeroponic setup is to give your roots the ideal conditions to grow giving an equal amount of water nute and o2 to every section of the root, and yes the results are phenomenal. this site is covered with grow journals of people doing aero.
