Moved and can't find a dealer

Well i never had to get out of my way to smoke, every time i was cause a friend would provide for me.
I really can't go around looking for it, since i have 2 kids and my husband works on a military base, so i know he can't help me on that.
I have no idea how to find someone to help me out

any suggestions? Tips? anything

my suggestion would be to go and get online, find your local ticketmaster, look for a hippie genre of music...go on the opening day of ticket sales if they are popular and i almost promise that half the people smoked on the way to the ticketmaster....just start asking all the people who seem cool...and presto a dealer
