No. Your dryer runs on a 30Amp circuit and has 3 blades on the plug or 3 holes in the receptacle in your case. The 50 amp timer uses a range hood type plug which has 4 blades.
Besides that you would never want to plug a 0 Amp ANYTHING into a 30 Amp circuit.
That being said, you could easily run 6 600W lights off a 30 amp 240V circuit. Yeah you can buy one of those timer boxes for $300, but you can make one for about $80 from parts you can get from Home depot.
The Electric dry does in most cases run off a 50amp / 240volt circuit. Mine does anyway. The only 30 circuit I have in my breaker panel is for the hot water heater. And yes you can get the supplies need to build your own timer box that will handle your 6 x 600w units if you have some DIY knowledge in electricity. I built a timer setup for my 4 x 1000w lights for about 75 bucks and it works great.
It may not be as pretty as a store bought one but It gets the job done and saved me 200 bucks
