my plants need to be kept small!

im growing my plants but how do i keep them small?
my grow area is an upside down garbage can and from the soil to the top of the can there is about 2 feet. how can i get my plants to fit?

use some ingenuity and rig up a perfect fit screen and lst your branches underneath, trying to spread out the resulting upward-growths evenly. it'd be perfect!

lst with some bushmaster. bushmaster stops the stretching and the plant focuses on the flowers, but use as directed.
