How easy is it to hook up a RO system, could I hook one up in an apartment and remove it once I move out easily?

i got your answer. I looked on eBay and got one of those portabel deals for 80 dollars. It hooks up your sink with a screw on. It fits all faucets. Also it comes with replacemnets. It might be slow. Like you have to get ready 4-5 hours in advance for five gallon but you get used to it. Also if it is soil it will work fine. Sometimes I get lazy and go get a few gallons from the store, lol, but it works. Portable is what you want.

i have one of those units, but it doesn't take that long to fill a 5 gallon jug. more like 45-60 minutes. great deal!!!

some advice. dont leave it unattended. lol, I hae come this close to forgetting that I had it filling at some odd hour to be smart with my time. Once I had to come home from work to find it an ich from spilling, and it was just some odd off hand remark by somebody that got me to think, "what did I firget". Lol, close calls all the time. Lost of folks flood their garages! Watch out after a few months when the plants look all weird all the sudden. Time to change the filters. Thanks for the + rep!
