What does it cost? Say I move there tomorrow - how much do I need to start growing medical marijuana legally? Also, how much are clones from dispensaries?:weed:

It'll run you about $150 for a doctors visit and an ID card. Depending on county, you can grow 6 flowering plants and 12 immature plants under the law. Be sure and save some cash for your grow. I believe clones go for around $10-20 apiece.

the burden of proof lies on you...

if you feel you have a medical, or previous medical condition that qualifies you, get a copy of your med records and bring them into the special doctors, who only practice sympathy (i forget the exact term for weed docs)

for my friend he paid 180, the poster above says 150, so some where between the two give or take 40$

150 bucks..faking a medical condition to get a recommendation is easy to do(although illegal)

when I got my card some girl asked if she was a california resident if she just moved there last week

they basically told her to sign that shes a ca resident

its easy bro

Bring a utility bill with your name on it and I'm reasonably sure your residency won't be an issue.

I am definitely thinking about moving back there. I was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA. Time to go home!

I have some anxiety issues so I doubt it will be a problem, you cannot disprove anxiety! Although I haven't seen a doctor in many years... so i don't really have too many medical records...

This is how it works you either call a place like medicann and make an appointment and bring medical records 145$ includes id or go to some whack doctor that takes walk ins like in San francisco and La they have lots to choose from for like 100$ you get a recomendation and then you have to pay more if you want a medical marijuana id car in oakland that cost like 40$. search for medical marijuana evaluation or pot doctor .

No body should have to fake anything just tell them about pain/headaches anything i know your bodys not in that good of shape

with no appointment and 150$ you can go to san francisco walk in get your rec then go to oakland and wait in line and take your pic and get your card all in the same day.

it easy as pie, the only differances is plant limits which are a county set limit. I'm blessed with a 30 plant limit, one county east gets only 6 LOL suck to be them

Is there anyway I'll get denied? If I go in and tell them about my anxiety, and headaches... do I say that I smoke weed and it helps? or not even give them that much info?

its really simple and if you dont want to waste your money the only way i know to be 100% guaranteed is to go to a regular doctor first and complain about back pain depression or whatever it is your bothered by and that doc will probably try to prescribe you some pills and then you go to the pot doc with the medical record showing that you allready went to another doctor for the existing condition.

Its really simple like have you ever broke your foot or something?ever been on any prescription pills?

they can recommend weed for lots of things out here in California its not like any of the other states where you got to be dying with cancer /aids
