i heard that it still is a research chemical and that it can be purchased online. just wondering if this was true and if so has anybuddy here ordered it.

yea, i tried it and loved it. one of my favorite trips ever. except the projectile vomiting but even that wasn't that bad for some reason. anyone know about a legit website to place an order for it?

There are a whole shit ton of places in China that will send you that stuff cheap. Warning: A branch of the DEA called The Office Diversion Control has a lot of the 2Cx's listed as drugs to watch out for. At the bottom they suggest prosecuting based on the analogs act. So, NO, it isn't really "legal" just not scheduled.

There is no legal precedent, meaning it has never happened before. If the federal gov't were going to try to and prosecute someone for 2c-e, it would most likely be for large-scale distribution.

The people that got busted selling 2c-B only got between 2 and 5 years. There may be no precedent but the DEA says prosecute 2c-x's as a 2c-B analog. I would be careful. They are fully aware of how and where you get that stuff, at least according to their own docs. Just dont sell it and only order 10 grams or so.

Indeed. 10 grams is a bit much if you wanna stay lower key. I say 1 or 2 grams but hey everyones different..And watch out for the high abundance of scammers =\. To many to count.

I wouldn't worry about the Federal Analogue Act for this one.. I doubt they will emergency schedule a substance because someone was selling, fuck you would probably have to sell like a key to get in a decent amount of trouble... make a little printer label (if one were to sell it) and label it like "Window Cleaning Powder". ya kno? haha

it is a research chemical invented by this scientist who like hallucinating so he made a bunch of new drugs called the 2c-x's each one has its own visuals and feel. 2c-e is my personal favorite because it puts you on your ass for 12 hours.
how will i know if they are legit or not though?

Find a site that reviews research chemical vendors, or find a RC forum, or get a friend who has ordered, or trial and error...

Hey Shepj. The point I was trying to make is that the Federal Analogue Act allows them to prosecute you for items that are not Scheduled as if they where the Scheduled drug themselves. No Schedule needed. (I know you know this, I just wanted to clarify for others)
