sorry if you answered this already but what is the purpose of the carport? I'm guessing it's serving multiple purposes such as supporting the scrog net and also blocking out rain to prevent bud mold. I'm just trying to learn as much as possible. I'm an indoor guy who does a little outdoor growing and is trying to learn as much as possible.

sometimes you gotta do things the hardway to justfiy going with pre-fab right fdd? I feel your pain..been there done that on multiple instances in life. The new setup looks pretty sweet. Looks nice and sturdy to help support those beautiful ladies.

I have something similar to that carport covering my dads cars, itsjust like a frame and a tarp over it though...when it starts raining, gonna have to snatch it and throw it over my girls lol
is it difficult to weave the branches through the netting when the plants are that big?

i'm not weaving. the net is to support the colas once they form. :hump:

Damn, them boy's up there in Kirkland must read RIU, the price of the awning went up $10.00 overnight!

Mine cost $189.00 at the South Sac Costco this morning! LOL!

And they only have 2 left!:shock:

Going to pull down my PVC hut and put this puppy up. Thanks FDD! Too cool!

i knew it was $189. my wife said $179, i went with her #. i was actually thinking $239. i don't know why. :joint:
