Need help with sprouts

I have read everywhere about how to do my seeds. Here is what I have, I have germed 9 seeds I have put them into rockwool into a dome. The problem is I have read everywhere and some are saying keep them in the dark others say throw them under your 1000watt just keepem 4 feet away, then to put them under fluors only 6 inches away. Please I need some good advice on the correct way to do this I have never germinated seeds before and so far everything is going good. I don't want to lose them now.

I don't doubt folks throw seedlings under the 1000w at day one, but the plants don't need much light until the vegetative phase. Keep the heat down will help you keep the humidity up as well. I would be gentle with them until they have a few sets of leaves.

id always put my seedlings under light as soon as i saw leafs. if you have floros then id out them under that

i think it works out anyway...think about nature..do they get light 24X7...No!!

infact i tried with 2 seeds...soaked them forr 24 hrs in water..one of the seeds crackd already and i greenhoused them with sandwich-wrap(that clear plastic thing)..then i put them outside...i think in 3 or 4 days time they sprouted...so that way they got light too and darkness too....
