Ok to harvest or to early?

My 2 biggest plants currently from the start of my first growth are 4 weeks into flowering. I let the plants grow and the pistils form for 4 months with a 18-6 light cycle during this time i allowed the flowers to become large in size before i induced flowering. 3/4 of the white hairs are currently amber and the trichomes are in the milky white phase. Idealistically at this point many growers decide to harvest from what i have read. Unfortunately being only 4 weeks into flowering and currently the trichomes are giving the indication to harvest but the time frame says to early. I checked the trichomes under a 70-100x microscope and im positive at this point i need to do something. If i wait to long i fear ill lose alot of potency. The plants are sativa strain and time to harvest is 8 weeks more or less. What should i do?

You can harvest now but you will get more of a "head high", if you wait for 50/50 amber trichs you'll get moree of a "couch lock" high.
But ay, you still get high right?

Pictures would help, I think you may not be seeing things clearly. Best advice is to definitely not harvest you still have at least another month of flowering growth to look forward to and the oils and resin don't come out till the very end.

early harvest is kinda like.....if you had a baby early for instance its a chance he could have a soft spot and loose neck for the rest of his life,,,,just let it mature fully and youll be happy

I shall wait the additional 4 weeks. Hopeful at this point because they look very healthy and the plants are starting to lose chlorophyll from the main fans but still quite upright and sturdy no nutrient deficiency just taking its course. Ill post my yield after i've cured it and let ya know how it pans out. Thank you again for reassurance and advice.
