double root system

ok so i had a clone from my first grow (some of the best weed i have ever smoked!)(agreed by everyone that smoked it)
unfortunately my light fell on my clone frying it death....but here's the tricky part the roots were still perfectly healthy, there was green at the bottom where the light had not fried it yet. so i leave it outside, and the green moved up the plant, almost like it was slowly healing (but probably not)

so one day it rained and rained, the plant got really wet and the remaining leaves turned to mush. so here's where my thinking came in. i took out the plant of the pot. i dug a deeper hole and placed it sideways (i cut the top above the green...obvious that part was still alive) put some rooting hormone around the stem and buried it. my hypothesis is....if it roots, the plant will have 2 root systems!...i don't think it will work, but hey, why not try right?

i clearly said the bottom was fine i cought it just in time before it burned the whole thing, its just an experiment i got a mother growing as we speak so its no biggie, but if it worked it would be sweet, that would mean so much THC....there are endless ways to manipulate nature...just keep an open mind

Are you saying that BOTH ends of this plant are stuck in the soil?
Please post a pic for posterity.

It could very well have to root systems but that means no stem..................mind you
wouldn't it be crazy if it worked you may be the pioneer of a new dual rooted strain

you have to take consideration of all the things you can do to marijuana. low stress training for one. cloning, and anything else you can thing of, if it actually root, then dont you thing that it will be very confused and grow some type of new stock, even if its a stem.....LST!...make that stem into a fuckiing stalk! muwahahahaha

What makes you think that *if* this worked, it would result in increased THC production in the plant? Twice the roots does not = twice the THC, even in healthy plants.

It already has a root system. What it will be in effect is two plants. You're cloning without making the cut. What you have now is a small plant with a great root system. I'd stick with that.

Just as an aside, Uneg is AN egyptian plant-god (there are many), not THE egyptian god of plants.
