7. Ensure that if a city decides not to tax and regulate the sale of cannabis, that buying and
selling cannabis within that city’s limits remain illegal, but that the city’s citizens still
have the right to possess and consume small amounts.
8. Ensure that if a city decides it does want to tax and regulate the buying and selling of
cannabis (to and from adults only), that a strictly controlled legal system is implemented
to oversee and regulate cultivation, distribution, and sales, and that the city will have
control over how and how much cannabis can be bought and sold.
I agree with you. But I don't think the MMJ movement is a scam. There was even blacks profiting from MLK's movement, People make a buck off anything. The MJJ movement just seems like the biggest bang for your buck.He is right to a point. I'm just lucky enough to be old enough where I don't have to lie about my ailments. Look at all the ads. They're not advertising medicine, they're advertising pot. We have two movements. Medical and personal. Both just. Out of necessity the personal use movement is leaching off of the medical movement. Throw in the boys from Oakland trying to monopolize the movement along with those willing to pay a tax just so they'll leave us alone...
Medical MJ is already too expensive. We already pay state tax. Doctors overcharge for referrals. Everybody wants to scam on it.
