why have i got such FAT buds (pics)

i flowered these under a 400w MH lamp
i ended up with 6 HUGE buds and a token amount of other bud
i have never seen buds so round instead of long and thin
is this normal?

iono, looks like ya topped a few times, so you have a few colas all smushed together.

You get less stretching when growing with MH so the buds are closer together and bunch up. With a HPS you will actually get bigger fatter buds but there is more spacing between the nodes.

Your buds are all bunched up and can definitely be broken up more. You need to do this or you could start developing bud rot with them all bunched up like that.

looks lovely thats flowering with a mh i bet if you flowered with both a mh and hps you would get some crazy buds,,,
