I think I screwed my outdoor grow

I just planted a bunch of clones here in humboldt county in the ground and only had time to dig up little 8" by 8" by 8" holes for each plant. I know I should of done at least 2'x2' but my helper called in sick (fucking dirt bag) so I did all the work by myself. Well anyways the strains are granddaddy purple , OG kush, and strawberry chronic. The area where im growing gets atleast 8 hours direct sunlight in 80-100 degree weather and the plants get all the nutes and water they need. Also they have all been topped several times, along with being tied down and are 2.5 foot tall bushes. The plants were put in the ground one month ago and have grown 2 feet .I was wondering how badly I affected my plants by planting them in small holes. I was exspecting half pound to a pound per plant if they were in good holes. Does anyone have any exsperience with growing in larger holes compared to smaller holes directly in the ground? Im just trying to figure my yield now for my drying room. Do you think its still possible to get a half pound per plant or did I just screw my self by planting them the way I did? I'm still hoping they will get 6' tall but what do you guys think?
Any info would be awsome thx..

what state are u in ? do u have any pics .. hows the soil in the area ... theres so many thing we need to know no one can really guess your yeild it all up to u

The 2nd week they were in the ground I feed them with some MAXSEA and in 4 days they grew 1 foot But after that they slowed down in growth and look perfectly healthy. It made me think that maybe they filled those little holes really quik with roots and now there trying to break free into the harder dirt. I sont know though

xthe biggest ones are 3 feet high by 2 - 2.5 feet wide. the og kush are the smaller plants and the grandaddy purple and strawberry chronic are the biggest
looks real good bro.. i wouldent worry about your holes there doing just fine .. its to hard to tell the yeild but u should have a good harvest keep it up man dont worry about your drying room for another month or so then u should be able to get a better idea....

I looked closer at the pics and it looks like that whole areas been used to grow on berore because it looks like theres perlite in all the soil not just in the dark black holes where the plants are. am i wrong?

no i added stuff to the original soil like perlite bone meal. I also add a 3 month fert called osmocote. I also tested the ph of the soil and its right on 7.0 neutral.
