i would stay away from those chemmy ferts like geeral hydro and esp shults and miracle grow

if u want a good fert u can buy at a place like homedepot try Alaska fish fertilizer they have one for grow and flower

ok i just bought a 18" flouresent light for plant & Aquirium so I will have that on it along with sunshine. my ph I believe is 6.8 I used a pool testing kit

Ahh, it's a very small T8. 510 lumens isn't going to do a whole lot for ya.

yeah those plant and aquarium lights arent real great but its better than nothing but if i was you go get a couple packs of the 100w cfl bulbs (the twisty ones) and mount them around the plant with the sides towards the plant you wont be dissapointed

well you need like closer to the thousands of lumens like 10,000 to 30,000 you can never have to many lights really as long as it dont get hot or the wrong spectrums .... my suggestion is 4 to 10 cfls more lumens the better plus cfls are cheaper on your electric bill and a 2 pack of 100w are like 8 or 12 bucks at walmart so yeah its up to you but remember MORE WATTS = MORE BUDS

Oh yeah, don't buy those 100w (equivalent) CFL's. You might be good to grab a few, but I would just go to the Home Depot and pick up the 65w (real wattage) CFL's. They are much more powerful.

really their not really 100w wow ididnt kno that but for the price they cant hurt and there farther in the spectrem i think 6500k the 65w are the 3500k im sure a good mix would do him some good tho rite im no cfl expert thats why im asking id like to kno too lol im more an outdoors guy myself but im jus refering to what ive been told and seen good results with

For that price they are definitely the 100w equivalent bulbs. They are somehow equivalent to 100w incadescent bulbs.s

yeah they all say equivelent because they use less watts to produce the same light like the 100w eq uses 26w the 75w eq use like 16w i think thats why they have to say equivelent cause it produces the same light for less watts i could be wrong but idk
