a month and ten days into flowering, started june 1st so should be done at the end of this month, dunno tho they still look like they got a lot of growin to do. the one main bud on the one plant is massive and solid, all the buds are even size from the lst so i think i might have to just watch they crystal till it changes to kno when there bout ready.

i only vegged for a month. lol yea my whole room reaks of weed but i just keep my door closed and window open and the house doesn't stink up. i gotta figure somethin out for next time tho cuz my room is smellin gooooodddd

Did you say your brother is only using 2 x 23 watt CFL's for multiple plants? And he got buds like that!! crazy.:clap:

I'm growing 9 plants, in a SOG style, using about 250 watts of CFLs, and like you, my room has been kind stinky. I'm trying to figure out a affordable way of dealing with it. If you want visit my thread. You'll see I just built a little carbon scrubber out of an air purifyer, and it's box. It's working pretty well. Before tha air is expelled, it circulates in a chamber I created by attaching the Air purifyer box to the outake fans of the purifyer. I'm thinking of adding this crazy gel inside that chamber and maybe really decrease the smell.

Anyone fimiliar with using this gel? How did it work?

thanks everyone, yea im really lookin forward to see how much dry bud i get, yea i think i should try to make some anti odor device but gotta get a filter of some sort

if your area doesn't need a fan - you might be able to get away with a negative ion generator - some here seem to have had luck with these

That makes me feel a lot better about my own grow. I mean, it's been going well but I've been worried I didn't have enough. I have 8 23w for five plants. I vegged mine for about the same amount of time as you did, and I'm three weeks 2 days into flowering.

It seems like a lot of people use way more lights than I have in there. My plants are doing well NOW, but seeing how fewer lights I have made me worry about the coming weeks. "It's enough light NOW, but will it suffice as the buds grow bigger." Now I'm seeing it should be. I still might get a few more lights (and the y-sockets I'd need) if I can swing it, though.

But your girls look good. I'll keep watching this thread, it gives me a good idea of what to expect in the next few weeks.

thanks man, yea honestly u could grow a plant wit a 23 watt cfl if u wanted, might only get a couple good buds but it will work, my bro grew wit 2 23 watt cfls and had 9 plants, still got nice solid and it was some killer bud. but yea that many lights should work well. im plannin on gettin some more pics on today. yea when i first started my setup i didnt think i had enough lights but my plants are bushy and the buds are coming along very well.

i just shows u can get nice bud by using cfls
this is my first grow usin cfls normaly use to hps
so dont really know wat im guna get but i have 8 plants
under 3 300watt cfls=900watts
mine r 3 weeks into flower and r coming along nicely check my threads

i see that in your pic #5 - looks like it could be a maturity indication - bud is pretty well developed - sucking the nutes from the fan for bud production
