When I cut them up, coated them with flour/cornmeal/salt&pepper, and tossed them into hot oil they turned all brown and yummy! Help! Bring a fork!

You guys always seem to come though when I get baffled. I'm gonna go do what a man has to do then and eat all of this up. Thanks for the help!id say they look deep fried, only way do deal with this is eating them
I shouldn't have to tell you what I did with it, there's a picture right there for ya to look at! And boy, were they good! I also love to eat okra raw, boiled, and in soups & salads. Green tomatos aren't good for a whole lot other than pickling, making relish out of, and of course waiting for them to turn ripe red... AND deep frying! Here's the best part, you get to do whatever you want with your okra and tomatos and I get to do whatever I want with mine! I'm awefully sorry that you're limited to what you are allowed to do with your produce, but as for the rest of us who have open minds, covered skillets, and impaired arteries.... om, nom, nom mmm, nom, nom!!!!!!Don't tell me you grew those beautiful things then ruined them by deep frying them?
Holy molasses......
