veging and flowering [CFL discussion only]

i just wanted to confirm that when your veging that means your using CFL at 30-25 watts ? and when its flowering time that means your using 60+ watts CFL? right?

I would use more than that , i am using red clf light at 125w for flowering! More the better

vegging and flowering have more to do with the time that the lights are on and off than they do with the wattage
