i mean if cannabis was legal, medical/recreational on a federal level would you still support in the way that you do?
i 100% pro-marijuana, but i couldn't picture going to see a doc and he just vaped some Sour Diesel or somethin'.

i guess what im trying to say is if it was 100% legal then how would you say it should be regulated.

Chemical content
age
potency
??

i wish i could grow/smoke without worry about shit so im pro.. but everytime i think about full legalizationi see alot of flaws.

Uhm.... You typically get to choose your doctor.... So if you really want a pot head doctor, I'm sure you can currently find one.

As for the regulation... none of those....

I would pay for a commercial to let everyone know they don't even have to buy weed, all they have to do is discard their seeds in a nice area and wait for shit to happen.

even if it becomes legal it will still be a controlled substance don't think for one sec. you'll be buying them at 7-11 next to the lucky strikes

i hope to live long enough to see packs of joints sold at convenience stores. if it dosnt happen soon, i am moving to calli so i can grow my own medicine

how much would you pay for a pack of 20 joints of regular weed. i would pay $20-25 easily

Especially if it's not swag that's a steal for 20 joints. Even if they do use mediocre grade weed that would still be a steal for 20 J's.

$20 for 20 joints :O yes please! normally about $40 for 4 when i roll em how i like em!

how do they do it in holland? certainly seems to work just fine over there.

i don't think there would have to be as many heavy limitations and restrictions as you'd think, i mean at the end of the day, there are a HELL of a lot of poeple who think it's a bad drug, so whether it's legalised or not, chances are they'll stick to their principales and it'll continue to be enjoyed by the maybe few more like they used to, just without having to look over their shoulder.

it would probably be regulated the same way tobacco or alcohol are...taxed to buggery, age restricted, probably carrying health warnings and only vendible by licence.

and i wouldn't disagree with those restrictions.

as for the strength or chemical potency of certain strains, that's like saying how do we regulate the sale of hard liquor vs low alcohol content beer/cider. a system similar to that of alcohol units could be introduced, and a minimum price or tax per unit could be enforced instead of price/tax per gram.

so a gram of, to use the OP's example, Sour Diesel would cost more than a gram of some random nameless regular grade weed.

although that would probably unfairly penalise those on a lower income.

so it's a sticky one, yeah, but i could never disagree with legalisation regardless of the complications which may arise.

and i agree with tip top toker, most of the people who'd actually use it will probably have used it before it was legalised too

thats why i said potency is a issue .. more-so price wise than anything .. its like buying cheap liquor v top shelf .. but the potency is needed for meds to alot of ppl.
