Looking for a grow buddy

Not planning on growing 40 plants. I've only tried germinating one way, with a paper towel in a glass. I would like to have about 5-10 plants to start with, and about 1 out 5 bagseeds actually germinate for me. 40 sounded like a decent number to throw at it, I'll figure it when I get in my seedbank which taking 40 out of aint gonna dent it. Whatever.
This is the box I'm planning to veg in, there will be another larger one to come. I've got a month to build it.

im doing the same thing. i started a couple weeks ago with 34 bagseed im sooting for sometime in october aswell but we'll see i wish you the best of luck and keep us posted. if you wanna swap info that'll be cool i plan on posting pics and what not, im still waiting on my bulbs but once i get them ill be good to go

No problem at all bud. Some people here had a hard time understanding what I was looking to start, but they seem to be coming around now. Looks to be a network of around 7 or so, should be a good time.

I had coiled a hose with holes from the bottom up... no water ever reached the top...
The we see her as she spent the night with a top feed...
And now we have the final and tested ebb/flow set up under the Adjust-A-Wing'ed 600HPS...
and this is the current veg room

Love the grow op gypsy looks very nice and love the new experiment great idea by the way, if ya don't mind me asking how you set that ebb and flow table up? You can answer in my journal so we don't jack his but I would like to know.
And sand man for smell you can make these homemade carbon filters for uner 15 bucks at walmart and then get you a pc fan at best buy for 11.99. I use them and they work pretty good. I also use oil burners haha like 3 in the back room where the grow box is and then two out in the main part of the house. Always smells like hawiian bloom lol. Let's hope for 8 females right off the bat.

Since my chances are basically 50/50... I drop 4 good seeds and hope for two females,,,,,,12/12 from seed, determine sex, then revert to VEG for 30 days......usually in four weeks natural growth 12/12......they will show sex and you can cull the males earlier by a few weeks. While in veg for another month you can train, LST, TOP, FIM......or do nothing.....but if you are using SOG or CFL...........learn to trim and train your plants.....more yeild for the money.....dont over water....and dont panic.....remember that good soil needs little ferts until flower and larger containers with better root systems yield larger.
Here is a stealth consideration.....a single plant yielding half a pound is better than three straight up stumps with a quarter oz yeild and only four inches of light penetration......longer veg.......24.....eight inch stumps.
A bust with one half elbow per plant leeaves a weekly to monthly profit while babies veg elsewhere......so lotsa dudes with elbows could keep the supply fresh and cheap and varied! Same place I get my seed....save your good herb seeds!

A bust with one half elbow per plant leeaves a weekly to monthly profit while babies veg elsewhere......so lotsa dudes with elbows could keep the supply fresh and cheap and varied! Same place I get my seed....save your good herb seeds!

Six mothers matured and revegged and flowered at random with a few clones pulled as necessary......would keep things below suspicion level with a $1000 a month profit margin. A working mans dreams with little effort and one good friend......KISS principle.....low down!

I actually have 12 germ'd seeds in right now under 3 lights. Nothing coming up yet, it's been 2 days. I'm not getting impatient, but I think I may have mixed my medium a little sandy. That, and given the heat of the cfl's in that container, the soil has gotten really dry and crusty.
I couldn't remember how much to water up front because it's been over a year since I went from seed. I've just been keeping it moist.
Going to give another few days and see what happens. If I need to start over so be it.
