Leaves Curling Up/Yellowing slightly

Was wondering what it ment when your leaves sides are curling up with slight yellowing and dotting happening? i have been usen a moisture meter and ph tester. and i plan to be watering them 2morz being as they are just about at there limit for drying out. but this curling has been going on for longer then 1 watern cycle.

MG potting soil/Mg organic soil some pots use Organic Others use Potting. and both are haven some issue. leads me to think its me or MG. room is abit hotter then what u would wnat 87ish lights on 85% humidity working on getting both lower. battle i seem to never win.

haha sry about that. keep forgetting to list it on my new threads ect.

Lights , 6x 27 watt? 100Equi CFL 6500ks
Light Cycle , 11pm off 4 am on. 19/5
Water Cycle , dont have one yet. i seem to have been over watering think i have fixed it. sense i got moisture meter. still testing that.
Age , There actually 4 weeks today.
Grow Room , 4'x5'x8ft
Fans , 1 oscillating on high , 1 stationary on low
Bathroom Exhaust Fan in celing. No filter yet
No intake yet. (was thinking. Door is hallow... Cut the bottom 2x3 er what ever it is. 5 inchs from middle. then cut a square hole in the lower inside 3rd of the door and slap a dry vent cover on like the ones that u put outside your house and kinda angle down. (thinking that will stop any light from comming up the bottom and into the intake)) Thinking the bathroom fan in the cieling will be strong enough to just pull from there.
Nute. None MG potting soil then transplanted to MG Organic there in 10inch pots. 1 of them is in MG potting soil and 1/3 perlite.
Strain unknown from a local grower i know. what ever his strain he uses is
