Hi all, as you read in the title this is my first grow attempt and I've had my fair share of problems. I've been reading the forums now non-stop for a couple of weeks and decided to get some feedback and input from people who are much more well practiced than I am. The leave yellowed quite a bit last week but I believe that was due to heat exposure as it was nearly 100 here and I was only able to water them twice last week. I just transplanted them yesterday and they've not wilted at all and seem to be doing much better this week than last week. Any comments or feed back would be greatly appreciated as well as any advice. Thanks to all my fellow smokers for taking the time to read this!
PS the first two pics are of the same plant and the second two are of the other. I only had two survive the seedling stage.
Additionally some more info is that I've used a mixture mostly of potting soil with just a bit of local sand to balance out the ph. It's right around 6.3 currently and I water only with well water that has sat out for 24 hours. I've not given them any nutes yet mostly out of fear of burning them. I did put a small piece of banana peel on top of the soil because of advice I was given by a friend. I've been checking the soil and watering them as need since my mistake last week. I live in the midwest and hope that at least one of these is a girl and that I have enough time to get at least a few ounces off of her.
