like I work late at nite (Chef) would cover them when I got home 1-2am set the cell for 9 am and would get up and uncover the ladies, crawl back into bed if necessary. Easy for good smoke. I live in a climate where I can grow outdoor all season pretty much. Good luck JR

lol you guys are trying too hard, all you need to do is position an object around your grow to block light for a couple hrs. Or like in my first post in this thread, put your Damn plants in a spot where it gets shade in the mornin and sun in the noon!(brightest light is from noon to 2 usually)

I have neighbors (that are semi cool) too close to me, I live in a city, It was what I had around in the location I can do it at to still be stealth. And it worked for me for when the pool guy and pest control would come by. Just do whatever system (ie amount of work) will work for you so you to get it done everyday... thats the key word, everyday....JR

psh, light bends you know . . . . . you need to have it totally dark to induce flowering.

Hahahaha Thats the funniest shit i've herd in a while, dude i'm not saying this might be a good idea or might work i'm saying i've been doin it since i was a small child and was tought by my mom, and Light bends around HUGE oblects with massive amounts of gravity (plannets much larger than earth) not trying to be mean or any thing just informing you :eyesmoke:.

I'm just saying dude, just because they're in the shade doesn't mean they're not growing. . . . .

the sun is a hell of a lot more powerful than you may think. it doesn't need to be a black hole for light to bend and have diffused light on the plant. it is STILL enough to mess with the photoperiod.

but idk, it could work but I'd rather just keep it pitch black to prevent confusion :).

i disagree with your theory, so i guess we can agree to disagree. also, if you have been doing this since you were a small child, your parents raised you wrong.

First toke at 6 with my mom and first grow at 8 lol:fire: true meaning of (Marijuana culture)

This is not a theory, I was just offering information that has worked for me. Sorry if you disagree for you haven't the knowledge and only little personal experience.

let me explain a little better.
when you put a plant near a tree or something to block the sun it's not to block the sun %100 immediately but to make the day Shorter near the end.
Have any of you seen the sunset behind a mtn.??? the sun is down at a time a lot earlier than wheres there is flat land. this is the basics of how it works. but a little more thinking goes into it to get a good schedule(not too little to get a full flower)

Now if you want to dogg on me about my family and way of life, then go ahead and have fun if it makes you feel good.

that is of course what we mean

letting them get a full 12 hours of light and as soon as they have had the 12 hours of light put the black plastic bags over them put 2 over each so its fully dark =)
