What's goin on fellas? :blsmoke:

I'm new to growing so I thought I'd start out with a small DIY grow box. I originally went into this with the intention that it would be for vegetative only, we'll see what you guy's think.

The seedlings are 5 days old. I just transplanted them into bigger pots using Fox farm Light Warrior. They are on a 20/4 light schedule. Any suggestions?

nice grow box man.
Thanks

Put some love and sweat into it brotha!

Now that the box is made, I'd like to go hydroponic. I know I'm new but I have a buddy that's been doing it for years. Him and hopefully some good guys will help me in this forum.

If do decide to go the all indoor route, The flowering cabinet I would make would be larger and I would be using HPS, nothing over 250 though.

That would be going in the basement.

I re-arranged the 2-26w bulbs to rest above the 105w to the right....I felt like they weren't doing any good so far away from the plants.

Maybe the prong rail will come in handy later. Gonna keep an eye on the heat for now.

Just noticed that the first picture looks like cock and balls. Hopefully this will promote females! heh.

yo my man! i just bought that same exact cabinet that you have..its such a great size for growing but i had a problem with the lights...i can't be using too much watts..do you think 4x23 CFL bulbs could do the trick for 1 to 2 plants?
IF the are positioned correctly they will work alright for the first few weeks of flowering, speaking from experience here. Then you will need to get more watts in there, I have found that mixing the daylight spectrum with some 2700k bulbs works great so just explore your options and you will be fine

Mongo, your box looks like a good setup, I use a small closet that isn't much bigger then your grow box and I don't have much more watts then you do, and I have two nice plants doing very well, I think as long as you keep the lights 2-3 inches from the plants you will do fine.
