I have been checking my ph every day since i got my ph kit and it seems that ph is changing every day and i have to fix this. Is this normal? How many times do you guys have to change your ph through the week. Im trying to keep mine set at 6.0

I'll chime in, though I haven't had this problem. How much change? Big ph swings aren't good. Groing in dirt?

If you are using Tap water you can be getting a swing because of the chemicals interacting with calcium and other things in the water.

You are growing hydro aren't you. Dirt normally is stable.

If your plants suck up more water then neuts then your ph will go down. If you are drinkg or evaping more water then it should go up.

Or that's what they say anyways.

wow...

That is a strong swing.

Is it possible that you are over adjusting? Adding to much chemicals and it swings on you?

Could your tubes be leaching out something that changes your p.h?

Chlorine or sulfur fumes sucked in by an air put can chance your p.h. as well.

And as other people have stated, dirty Hydrton and the use of Rockwool can cause issues too.

yeh they tend to come at a higher ph. if u dont pre soak em they can be a pain in the ass coz they always raise the ph level. u can give it a bit of a flusher with lower ph until runoff is correct if u like but should slowly correct itself if it hasnt done too much damage in the mean time
