Consider that Cannabis can flower outdoors under the light of the full moon, so if your grow room is that dark, you should be OK. Having said that, it's best to make it as dark as possible. Plug all light leaks and be liberal with the black plastic.

Be sure to let your eyes adjust to the darkened room for at least two minutes before you try and identify how "truly dark" it is. If you can hold your hand out at arm's length and see your fingers, it is probably too bright. Light leaks are common triggers for hermaphroditism.

Mostely depends on the strain for flowering, some strains flower with lesser light as well

I didn't hear anybody suggest what I think might be a good suggestion,and by the way your plant still looks ok I suggest adding some molasses to your water tsp. per quart black molasses,feed them that every day that should help. The molasses gives it extra sugar for energy that the plant especially needs during flowering, also magnesium,calcium,and iron.Thrives with this . GOOD LUCK HERBANITE!

Unless your in an part of the world that is below the equator I would bet for what ever reason this plant needs more darkness. It could be the strain or even phenotype. Did you start flowering inside with this plant?

hey am not a pro but maybe you should try using a bigger pot, cause it seems like your plant is still growing, also keeping your plant outside is always best for day and nite, i live in a place where its like summer all year round, the yellowing of the leaves is natural

hehe just yesterday i gave them (all my plants) new 8 litre pots.yeah they are out side all the time.....i live near equator also n is like summer almost all the time. gets veeery hot sometimes.. anw i still dont know why it is not budding-only this plant!

this isnt my area of expertise but could your other plants be of a variety that will flower near the equator? i was under the impression that the equator never gets natural 12/12.
