plants geeting to tall need help

plant is getting to tall and running out of room its two weeks into flowering and stands 5 feet its my first grow plnt so as you can see i'm new to this do i just bend them and tie them or is it more to it

my friend gave me two grow bulbs he got from a nusery there 140 watts made buy sylavania for indoor growing

Those look like flood lights but hey it looks like they worked. Looks like you got the right spectrum to. I would say lst but I don't know man thats a pretty tall plant lol. With sativa's its a must you lst them unless you have a tall grow space.

dont use thos man, i totally did and it like nulled out the yeild get some CFLs but, it looks like it did in fact work for u Good luck and Dont stop smoking

buy sum cfls and top that bitch or better yet plant it outside and maybe you will have a monster by the time its ready to harvest
