I'm guessing your plants were looking sick, so you transplanted them into new soil and pots? The next day they look worse? Yes?THESE BABIES ARE LOOKIN BAD WAT COULD BE WRONG WIT THEM ANY ADVISE PLEASE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED NEED HELP WHATS WRONG CAN YOU DIOGNOSE BY MY PICS. TRANSFERED OUT ALL POT AND SOIL STARTING BACK 2 SQUARE 1. DRP A COMMENT PLEASE!!!!!!
If this is so, did you expose the roots to the air. If this happens plants can go into shock for a few days. The use of a B1 fertilizer helps with the stress and promotes good root growth.
The older leaves wont improve, keep an eye on the younger ones, watch the new growth for anymore problems.
What kind of soil is that?

As long as there stil green u still have hope... Try getting some super thrive from you local walmart but dont use to much try that see if you can recover but dont give up just yet!!!

Looks like Miracle-Gro (moisture control) burn-shock. I use this soil exclusively and some strains are just too sensitive for it . . . and there's always the chance it wasn't stored right at the retail level, thus causing most/all the pre-ferts to be released at once.
Fear not. The plant will survive. Just pick the dead shit off as it dies and don't go nutz trying to fix it. Only time and NORMAL care will do this.
The new growth won't be susceptible to any MG fert hot issues.

For a start i would transplant the plant be be rootbound,Then water right wet the plants through when you water them and then allow to dry this can take 5/7 days depending on the weather.If you have been watering more than this and the plant is root bound then you are overwatering [premature rootbound].next in fact the first thin that i would do is transplant while the plants look dry then i would get the biggest container that you have fill with water and ph it at 5.0 then flush the plants till the water run off runs near on clean the once the plants have been flushed make a new batch of nutrients up make sure that the ph is bang on then feed the new nutes on top of the flushed soil this will make sure that the ph and the level of food has not got a chance to lock up or anything else like the ph rise i would continue doing this once a week.The plants will get rid of all the extras that come with the feed and the extras that the plant create like salt.do this and the plants should be far happyer i would also put them in the largest containers that you have because they will be ready to flower in about another 2/3 week.
