no fuckin way thell search ur house over that...i got busted a year back with about an 8th and a bag of seeds..6 months probation thats it..no search they got better shit to do especially in Northern Va i dunno where u are but i live in Prince William county and got friends on the force trust the got better shit to do lol....they cant charge u with manufacturing just from finding seeds.

I disagree. Virginia is a very strict state ($1500 fine for driving 20mph over the speed limit) In order to search your home all they need is probable cause. If your seeds were in your sack, maybe not. But they werent, they were being saved and you had a scale. Is the risk worth the reward? If you are in Fairfax county it will happen fast. Get rid of your shit bro.

PW county maybe. It has a big crime problem. Fairfax county is the 2ed richest county in the world. I left VA 3 years ago because of growing pot. They showed up at my house with a warrant and I just happened to be between cycles. I have never sold weed I grew and I have no ides what prompted the warrant in the first place. My thought was is was an annoymas tip from an x girlfriend. My point is, you are setting him up for failure. If your wrong he is fucked. Don't you think it would be wise to error on the side of caution? He can grow more plants later. So I moved to sunny SOCAL and all is good.
