Help me feel better about putting my girls in the trash!

I really need some wisdom here. This is my second grow. My first grow got out of control. I ended up giving away around 50 clones. I have a hard time trimming the lower branches of my plants when they are vegging but I want to do it. I read M Blaze's threads and I'm convinced that it's a good idea but when I cut off a branch and go to cut it up and throw it away, I can't do it. I end up sticking it in rock wool and then giving it away after it roots. I don't have any friends that grow so that's not the answer. If you do it, tell me what you think about while you're doing it so I can do it too.

what? make a clone chamber with a tiny cfl and keep them barely alive for months then use them in sog, you could do 8'x8' sog w/ 1kw hps and get pounds, easy, use a kiddy pool... or kiddy poolS

Get a routine going. You could have unlimited weed all the time. Harvest and smoke. By this time your clones will be big enough maybe even into flowering already and then you have more weed. Its a constant supply

It's a haircut for the plant. Don't fret.

Orrrrr you could just throw them in a salad and see if they taste good raw???

ya fully..if ur convinced lollipopping is the way..which i believe it is too...gives u way more air circulaition..and i hate trimming small b/s buds..so ur better off like ur saying cutting..although it has a lot 2 do with strains and how they respond to it..but build a small chamber to keep them after the roots take to the cubes.. that way u dont have to keep buying ur own for each cycle.

I'm going to South America for a couple of weeks Dec/Jan. I want to shut it all down. I need a break after a grow.

I throw em away without a second thought coz I dont want them and I dont need them. Well actually I just throw em in a pile on the floor and get rid of them once the pile starts getting big coz im lazy. I think I got more branches shriveled up on the floor than some people have on their whole plant. The last thing I need is more plants, 3 is more than enough for me.

Just think of the big main colas you will have in the near future :mrgreen:

I was just trimming on my big plants and you're right. Those lower branches are pitiful and annoying. It's too late to cut them isn't it? I think I have 3 weeks to go.

after a while you stop caring about the ones you are throwing out.. yes it is hard the first time or two.. you think "oh there has to be something better to do than just throw them out".. it almost breaks your heart even.. but after you do it over and over it just becomes part of the routine.. you can root them like you've been... give them away.. you could throw them in 1 gallon pots and sell them for 25 bucks a piece or something.. but if you arent going to utilize them for anything then throwing them away shouldnt be hard to do... just pretend they are males or something.. hell i dunno... but either put them to good use or put them in the trash.. cause if they arent being used they are just trash.. right??

Plant them all around the neighbourhood,,, then when you come back from your hoilday you can take a cutting off that and re-start your grow,, lool.....
