As far as I know. no difference. Just the wording. I was going to rig up a carbon filter but after I put the ONA in my box it smelled like a hospital so I didn't bother.

evisu im thinking bout keeping it in there till harvest though. thats why im using the screen. so i can scrog.
and thanks again mr goodstuff 45
but can i ask what a ONA is?

well I have no clue what scrog is so I guess you know what you're doing

im no chemical analysist but if I remember its these GEL packets in a jar that when left open it absorbs all the bad odors.

it's like those little packets that you see in packaged foods that say "do not eat" on them. something like a silica gel? lol anyways in short it's just a jar full of these gel packets that purifies air

I made this for a mother box. Still not finished, but I think it will work nicely one my gf gets done with the cover.

The frame is 3/4" pvc/plastic tube. I forget the exact measurements. Roughly 3' tall by 2' wide and 2' deep i believe.

I bought some creme/white painting canvas at homedepot that i'm going to have the "tent" cover made from. It was 9$. Its for putting on the floor while your painting a room.

Added a current pic, but i have cfls hooked on the sides for lights that I'm using just to veg a couple plants.

I'm going with cfl's in it for the low heat they put out.

We have both just had no time to make the cover yet, plus she has to do it, I can't sew

hm... do they sell them in stores? like walmart or homedepot?
i really dont want the smell stinking up the house so im thinking:
baking soda boxes that you put in refigerators for odor
a whole bunch of the ONA
and some rice wrapped in a shirt to suck up some moisture and smell.
what do you think?

I dont think they sell ONA in home depot or walmart. your best bet is to make a carbon filter. it is cheap and i heard it is effective. you can basically make one for around 15 bucks compared to a jar of ONA which is around 30.

that rice wrapped in shirt is a clever Idea and seems possible. i might try it myself.

Yah you guys,on ebay they sell a 4inch exhaust fan and carbon filter for like 100 bucks, best bet right there i went with that a while back and it worked great, upgraded to a 6 inch now i needed to exhaust more air, buthe 4 inch would be great in a closet,, tent, or box
