1st Harvest!! (Pics!!)

Hey everyone! just harvested my 8 plants. not really sure what to expect quality wise but they look pretty nice. Check out my other thread if you wanna know more. Also look at my new albums i put up.

So i had a few questions about the curing process...

Before i harvested the buds were covered with clear/amber trichomes, but now when i looked at them i can only see a few trichomes. is this normal? also the smell is weak (more like grass clippings). Just wondering if the curing process will reverse those characteristics.

Any thoughts on the subject, just leave a message. Help is Appreciated!

im not sure that it looks quite ready but im not sure , seems like they would have filled out more and i think i see alot of white hairs got any better pics up close???

looks like you chopped early, by about 1 - 2 weeks.

i wouldn't worry 2 much they usually smell like dead plant for awhile as they cure unless u water cure then no smell at all. And in my limited experience they get crystalier(is that a word) the longer they cure. How many grams u pull wet weight?

thanks for the responses guys. i didnt even weight them out before i began drying, and i dont think i cut em early, i watched the trichs untill they changed. they arent filled out as much because i used no nutes at all. just water and whatever the topsoil had in it. id say its a good first run. gunna start germinating my big bud seeds in a month or two

All looks good considering no nutes at all... I would suggest next time using nutes without a doubt, you'll get way my weight and size to you plants, after all thats what we all strive for... What lights are you using.

yea ill definatley invest in nutes on my next grow. i have a 400 watt hps/mh ballast that i ran the diff bulbs for veg and flower.

Nice, but why no nutes?
