And, you can believe anything you want about my relationship with Fox News. If that's fair, then would I be fair in assessing that your knowledge of the issues comes from MSNBC, Olbermann and Bill Mahar?
If you can't make sense in your posts, at least show a little respect for those who do.

if you have been following that ANOTHER month that housing prices were up. I understand that to most people that do not follow these things so it seems like a random one month posting.
If you understand the housing crisis then you know the problem is that houses are not selling. This consistant move forward shows that lending is going on and the market is slowly coming back.Don't expect housing prices to come back all of the sudden, thats not going to happen. But as the housing market moves, so do other markets. Housing is a forcaster of future economic times if the last 3 years have not shown you that.

And how do we, you and I, form our ideas if not through the learning process of observation, study and listening? I mean, do our opinions just float down to us through the air? I'd like to make a comparison between the books you own and the books owned by me. Have you ever heard of Frank Choderov, John T. Flynn, Garet Garrett, Rose Wilder Lane, Hayek, Mises, Bastiate, Locke ... and on and on?

I agree that that is how we form or opinions. Were not talking about me tho, we were talking about you being a parrot for Faux news. I just want you to say, yea, i get my info from Fox, so I can show you how biased and untruthful their reporting is. Don't get me wrong, I think your an intelligent fellow. Its just that your faith is placed with the wrong people. Im sure you think the same of me (faith being misplaced).
If you are taking information from Fox news about Obama, you need to realize that Fox is part of the republican machine. They are not going to honestly and opbjectivly report the thruth. Hell, they are not even going to try. So if your taking your arguements and facts from them then your information is coming from a flawed source. Fox hatemongers Obama in my opinion. Its not racial, anyone that was a democrat president will suffer their wrath.
How many times did Fox invoke the "He is our president and you are a bad person and not a patriot if you do not agree with his policies." bullshit with Bush? They always took the "give him the benefit of a doubt" stance with Bush with exception to his last year in office.
Their news is poison if you believe what they are saying. You have to be able to see thru their spin if your going to watch them, and I don't think you do that. I think you take them at their word.

To paraphrase Jefferson, "The only truthful parts of the news are the advertisements."
And that's just because up front they tell you they are trying to sell you something.
In the case of news the something they are trying to sell you is a distorted world view that really has no bearing on reality, this is regardless of whether it is Fox News or another news outlet.
The only things that are news worthy are out of the ordinary, because if it was ordinary day to day stuff for everyone no one would be interested.

most news is b.shit to some extent but fox has been pure propaganda ever since r.murdoch took over. its to the point where other news channels are starting to spout more b.s. as well to try and keep up with ratings. it goes to show how stupid and easily influenced americans can be especially the religious right wing types who seem to gravitate towards that kind of political and religious rhetoric. watch 'out foxed' its a documentary about fox news they interview former employees and such its sad.

All news is opinion, interlaced with fact. If news was simply fact, one source would suffice. If men were angels, or, if angels wrote the news, that is. To have an opinion on news sources merely identifies which bias you yourself have adopted. Obsession, it's a terrible thing.
