Co2 and dangers to humans

Just got my tank and regulator and I am ready to go......wanted to find out if I need to vent the room. I heard you just hook up the tube from the co2 to your fan and it blows it around evenly. If you are only adding it a few times during the light cycle, can't you have a sealed off room???

you could have the tank just open enough to slowly bleed out all day into the fan. Just barely enough to here the fizz maybe. as for dangers, co2 sinks and disperses rather quickly so unless you are really pumping it in(absolutely extreme amounts) you shouldnt have to worry. a friend of mine had his setup in a 6x8 foot grow and bleed about 4 ounces a day on a continuous bleed and had some crazy huge buds. the room was in his basement and we never noticed any problems down there.

i know when we were in college we were doin studies in chem and in a 10x12 foot closed bedroom co2 levels rose by nearly 20% overnight per on person sleeping. It takes a hell of a lot of co2 to actually displace the oxygen in a room.

unless your sleeping or smoking in your G room you should be fine .. The people i know who use it, turn off theyre vents and leak it only at night, when the lights coome on the vents go on and the co2 is cut off

He(actually a college friends cousin) bleed 24/7 and kept his fan on 24/7 too. It was a mix of different strains but they all had huge nugs. He had 15 plants total and did lst and topped each node at 8 weeks veg time then started the co2 for another 4 weeks veg and the whole time during flower.

I have Co2 tank set up next to my cool cab cabinet. inside I have a PPM1 set to 1400PPM attached to the temp and humidity controller... This white rino seems to dig it... DWC set up
Thats fucking sweet! how much did you pay for that controller?

Peace

YUMMY, sweet setup. I don't have enough funds for a controller yet. Think I will be alright? My lights are coming on during the day, should I switch it?

Should I take the tubbing and cut little holes in it and wrap it around the base of all the plants or just let it come through one whole with a fan blowing it?

i cant picture what you got going on their BUT remember that C02 sinks so at the base might not be best...maybe up middle of the plant somewhere.....I have my C02 bottles on shelves a little higher than half way up the plants
