what kind of hydro?

I'm planing a 2 lbs a month grow going and was wondering whats the best kind of hydro to use when growing a sog with limited space? I'm not to sure if "kind" is the right word. I meant like DWC, ebb and flow, NFT?

Floods (aka ebb & flow) are the simplest hydro systems bar none and really the most practical way to water a SoG op.

Flood systems are dead simple to set up and maintain, can't clog with nute salts and are very cheap to boot.

thanks for the answer. ill be getting a ebb and flow system. thanks for the harvest every two week thread to. its helped me out a lot.
