I've heard of reports that UVB lights during flowering will increase crystals. I also heard that you get more crystals if you give them a molasses feeding before you start your flushBeen looking around for post's, found a few about THC and what it really is but is there a way to increase it? I know this question is probably asked everyday

the cheap way is to feed molasses at a rate of one tsp per gallon of water throughout the entire flowering period.. this can be done through the final flush to.. since you are not giving your girls any nutes it gives them a little something for nutrition... the molasses works in many ways, but it definatly aids resin production and bud girth...
if you have the money there are plenty of blossom boosters and flower enhancers on the market.. koolbloom liquid works amazingly.. i just started using koolbloom dry with amazing results as well... theres additives that enhance flavor and aroma... technaflora's sugar daddy is a good product... general hydropronics floranectar is awesome... and the list goes on and on...
i dont know much about the black light claim... so i cant comment...
