Flowering question

Hello all. This is my first post. I have used the search function but have failed to find an answer to this question.

I am growing indoors from clones. I am new to this but have grown outdoors before. I was wondering how long to wait until starting the flowering cycle? Is it only based on size of plant or does the age of the plant also matter? I understand that the longer the veg. stage, the bigger the plants the larger the yeild. I was just wondering if I could flower smaller plants (1 1/2 - 2 footers) and just get a monthly or bi-monthly cycle going?

It is basically up to you, and depends on the space you have to work with.

Remember when you flower, the plants can double almost triple in size.

yeah man. you decide. just remember when you receive the clones to make sure they have rooted before you flower. its also good to let them grow some good roots. roots are the foundation of a great plant. and like keico said, the plants will most likely double, even triple in size during flowering. so idealy you need to look at your grow area and see what it can handle!

if you have the space the bigger the better and don't let any one tell you diffrent. 60 days or more monster plant and yields. goodluck and welcome

I will also add that It is written. The best time to flower is when plants show you they are mature. Meaning that the branches start to alternate in their growth rather than grow at equal levels.

I have a question on my first flowering ,its 2 weeks in and all big upper fan leaves are kind of turning up,it all looks healthy and in the middle is light colored green and alot of hairs is this the way the very top buds start ive looked at other flowering photos and seen the same thing a couple sets of fan leaves bend up.is it normal,nebula

I have 4 Blue Dream plants. I heard it was a very good strain. They are well rooted and really starting to take off. The plants are currently about 16" - 20" tall. they are probably about 3 - 4 weeks old and appear to be well established. I am going to keep one plant as a mother but was hoping to start flowering in the next week or two. I am a bit eager to produce a harvest and then let the next grow go a bit longer.
