fuck the autos seriously if your going to grow a plant for 11 weeks for at most an oz n a half, you may as well grow a normal sized plant for 12/13 weeks for 3 oz just my opinion.

I have only just started growing, but I started with autoflowers for the reasons you gave!

I started with 3 autoflowers, then 2 weeks later I planted some normal skunk/haze, then 2 weeks after that I planted some ch9 outdoors.

So I will have some dope from the autoflowers to smoke whilst Iam waiting for the other plants.

If you want some dope to smoke fast and then are growing other types to harvest after the autos. I think auto strains are a great idea.

wow, loads of replies. I got a 8ft by 4ft flowering room with 2x600w lights so i do want a decent yield i have grown before in a smaller room 3 times but never really had what i would call a huge success. Im thinking with this size room i should be getting 20oz now minimum.

Im trying some 8 ball kush from barneys farm at the moment

there are so many variables in this game but you can maximise your yeild in a few ways, letting your plants veg longer or getting a bloom booster or get a strain that is famous for big yeild- big bud
