I've hit a wall with my DR300
was mounting the lights last night when i realized the center beams are slipping out, beyond a reasonable sag
its pretty much about to slip all the way out in less than half inch
i have al the beams taped together so they wont slip out
i have zip tied all joints and connecting beams
nothing helps, i removed the lights immediately
then inspected the structure trying to adjust the skin, didn't help
i wrenched one side of the tent to the other to keep the beams from slipping
the cable snapped right in my face, i was devastated didn't know what to do
went to the store i bought the unit from (Better Grow Hydro, bghydro.com)
i explained my issue to the guys there, they hooked me up with another 9'x9' tent
i will be replacing the DR300 with a much nicer unit, i actually seen build in person, it has the same IR features the SJ tents have, and much more
Better Grow Hydro ditched SJ and been working with another tents manufacture
to spec build horticulture tents that better suit our needs based on feedback from actual users
the result is a much sturdier unit, bigger air ducts, better seem light insulation, and a much heaver load capability
pretty much twice any other tent, plus they have them build a center support beam for the tents
to completely eliminate any sort of sag, and increasing the already doubled wight allowed, and the build is solid
i need to wrap back my DR300 and go replace it as soon as possible

It is good you can get the fins attached to the tubing for max heat transfer. Nice find SOG. Did you say you are getting an enclosure for the radiator to fit the exhaust duct? I am wondering if the resultant exhause air coming through that will be cool enough to lower the temp outside the grow room. I dont think the chiller will cool it that mich but it will cool it enough to lower the outside growroom (attic) air. Again nice find
