im doing a closet grow everything is going good but i watched a video on germinating and watering and it said to water with a cap of water twice a day so i have and i been doing this since monday once before i go to work 10am and when i come home 7pm and they all sprouting up quickly i got them in small clear cups i know i have to take them out of those buts its just for now im a noob help me out im i watering to much i was told to this for the first 10-12 days help me out please sorry for no periods and commas

Since you are using plastic cups to start is ok.

Just make sure you have some holes on the bottom so air can circulate through the soil.

As far as watering once the seed is planted you can saturate the soil with water and let the water run out the bottom holes of the cup.

Now remember the weight of the cup.

When the cup feel light and you see the soil is very dry then it is time to water again. Utilize the same method of watering.

Make sure your cups are not clear as light is not good for the roots.
