Autoflower White Dwarf SoG plan, best lighting?

Okay, so I've decided to go the route of a 10-12 plant sog set up in soil, using Buddha Seeds White Dwarf

As you can see there is no off period for these plants throughout their cycle.

What I want to do is grow 3 seeds at first, then add a new clone every week until I have a perpetual cycle of 1 harvest every week.

My question is what would be the ideal lighting for this set up? it's not that stealth oriented, but I am trying to keep it minimized.

I'm thinking of using 105 watt CFL bulbs, 6 in total, 3 of 6500k and 3 of 3000k, alternating them through out the plants. This is more appealing to me than HID's because of cost and I want to have the vegging going on in the same enclosure as the flowering, thus I could get both spectrums of light. Perhaps add more 3000k because the majoirty of the time they'll be flowering.

Does any one have any way they think I should improve this? it's going to be grown in a closet in a house with little to no traffic. I'd like to stay away from HID's if I can obtain close results in this case using CFLs.

You cannot obtain close results using CFLs as compared to HID light.

What if the plants are only growing 12-18 inch's tall? It seems like on that level is where HIDs and CFLs level out. I just don't want 2 Ballasts running for the different spectrums in different rooms.

How well would a 250 or 400watt hps + substantial cfl 6500k for veg work out?

I realize I only need one room, it's the different spectrums of light I'm asking about, but this not being able to clone dwarf's with a decent result is concerning.
It'd be too expensive to just keep buying seeds, would I be better off with another strain and just doing an old fashioned SOG? I was trying to stay away from that but it's looking like thats not a reality.

yep thats why i dont grow autos anymore. you buy 10 seeds for 50$ us and only eight can break that hard ass shell. then the males 2 or more average .ok so you got 6 females now aleast two are going to be retardly small and the other four may be a half oz each dry. so 4 plants 2 ounces if your lucky= waste of time. one large plant with low stress training 4-5 ounces one plant.

Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it. Almost bought autoflowering seeds, but I think I'm going to go with a 4-5 decently sized plants and grow them the entire cycle. This is a purely personal supply of bud so i only need to grow about 12 ounces for the year.
