ok try going to the growfaq for cloning instructions, buuut ill tell you how anyways. They sell rooting hormone at lowes, home depot, wal mart, etc. Take the piece you want to cut and cut it at a 45 degree angle on the bottom (not that important), then scrape up the sides of the stem near the cut (this is called scarification I believe). then get the stem damp and dip it in rooting hormone. then plant the cutting and try not to knock off all the rooting hormone while planting it. after its planted you have to keep the soil damp at all times and mist the plant. Oh and no direct light on the thing you will fry it. Try using a very light soil or mix alot of vermiculite or peat moss in with the soil.

Jsut thought id add that these buds are filling in at a VERY fast rate. Ill get shots up in a couple days of the buds on a few of my plants.

UPDATE

Ok the girls are doing nicely...

I put some clones outside and they are growing pretty quickly.

I put some mulch down and it helped alot as far as watering and heat goes. I dont have to worry about washing away soil and exposing roots when watering plus it keeps in some moisture and insulates the soil keeping soil temps down. Overall I think the plants are really liking the mulch. It also looks good too. I now recommend mulch to anyone who plants in the ground.

As for my flowering plants the buds have gotten a little denser and they are starting to look a little frosty, I brought my good camera home for some pictures.

CLONES AND 1 SEEDLING...no idea why I planted the seed...basically just for fun to see how late I could start a plant. If your wondering why the soil is so damp I just watered them.

Holy shit guys I am goign through the worst fuckign lightning storm I have ever been in....my house is nonstop rumbling its insane....I swear lightning is striking every few seconds. I probably shouldnt be on the comp but I have a pretty good surge protector so im not too worried about it. My floors are shaking lake crazy though haha.

I love nature, I have my window open watching my plants flash to life whenever there is a strike of lightning.

very very nice... im proud and btw.. purple steems are fine man... relax... i think the biggest problem people have is being too over worried. almost all of my plants have extremly dark purple stems and the plants are healthy and green and budding nicely. so dont worry

Thanks allot man and thanks for the info, Its weird though the purple seems to go away after I feed them and comes back when they are ready for the next feeding...who knows though I am far from experienced hahaha.

Next year I'm gonna plant sooner and have some monsters, I have definitely learned a ton.
